The brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha would like to thank all who attended the rush events this past week. The brothers started the week by doing community service with the United Way on the morning of the Rolex 24. Some guys helped park cars, and others participated in set-up for the 5K race. Then brothers enjoyed the race later that night from the infield at the hairpin turn. This last week was rush week and Pi Kappa Alpha had an awesome turnout each night. The week started with an information session on Monday. Tuesday night the guys got their game on with a couple friendly games of billiards at Uncle Waldo's. Wednesday night the guys showed huge support by dressing up and yelling our basketball team to a great victory over Northwood University. Even though it was raining on Thursday, that didn't stop the guys from having a good time at Daytona Lagoon. Friday night everyone went to Giuseppe's Steel City Pizza to celebrate a great week and the fact the 19 excellent men were handed bids to join the pledge process. Pi Kappa Alpha would like to congratulate these men. The brothers are looking forward to the rest of the semester.
