Dane Cook is a comedian / actor that does not need much introduction. This time around, Dane Cook is on the road again, bringing his style of comedy to different parts of the country and Canada. Said to be one of the largest comedy tour in history, according to a statement made on his website. Dane Cook's 'Isolated Incident - Global Thermo Comedy Tour' will travel within the United States, and to other countries such as Canada, Africa, Brazil, Australia, UK and Germany. Florida is on that list and on Friday, June 26th, Dane Cook will be in Orlando, at the Amway Arena.

Dane Cook has been named a "comedian phenom and icon" by Entertainment Weekly and it all began when he appeared on Comedy Central's Premium Blend. Two years after, in 2000, Dane Cook landed a half hour special spot on Comedy Central Presents. Within the next five years, Cook released2 albums that went platinum and double platinum which placed him in the ranks of comedy veterans such as Bill Cosby, Steve Martin and the late George Carlin. In mid 2005, Cook performed in his very first HBO Special "Vicious Circle". Following his HBO special, Cook became the host of Saturday Night Live.

In between his TV appearances, Cook also gave supporting roles to movies such as Waiting and Mystery Men… and eventually starred in major movie roles beside Jessica Simpson in Employee Of the Month, Jessica Alba in Good Luck Chuck and Kate Hudson in My Best Friend's Girl. Among his many works both on TV and the big screen, Cook was named Rolling Stone Magazine's "Hot Comic," Stuff Magazine's "Coolest Comic of the Year," and the winner of Comedy Central's Standup Showdown. Last year, his arrival on the cultural stage was confirmed when Time Magazine listed him as one of the world's 100 "Most Influential People."

Dane Cook's comedy style is mainly energetic physical comedy. Those that have watched his performances on TV will realize that Cook's material is derived from observational humor and he combines that with word play. Cook explains, "I wanted to create a stage persona for myself that allowed me to really speak about anything I want… So I can be a story teller, I can be jokey, I can be corny, I can be a little vulgar, I can be a lot vulgar. And I'm not afraid to go anywhere to get the point of the joke across, even if I have to just blabber like an idiot until it becomes apparent that I'm telling a joke and that the audience should laugh." This brand of comedy draws in either die hard fans or those that just don't find him funny at all.
